How do I listen to music clips on the Sequoia Records website?

Each album or audio program has sound clips available for each track so you can preview the selection. The audio samples are listed by song or program title, on the product page for each album, just below the description of the album.

To listen, click on the small arrow button to the left of each track name. The arrow in the button will change to a "pause" symbol while the track plays through your computer"s speakers. Use your computer's main volume control to adjust the playback level. To pause the sound, click the same button again.

To listen to a different selection, pause the current track first before starting the next one, so they don't both play at the same time. The music player requires Adobe's Flash Player plug-in. You can get the plugin and easy installation instructions for no charge at Adobe's Flash Player free download page. If you do not have the most recent version, version 8 or later can be used.

Do you share my personal information with anyone when I order?

No. We respect your privacy. We will not share, sell or trade any of your personal information with anyone.

Is my credit card information secure when I use it to order on the Sequoia Records website?

Sequoia Records uses the GeoTrust security certificate to provide SSL encryption. You can verify the security status by clicking the GeoTrust logo that appears in the lower right hand corner of every page. Transactions are processed through leading secure payment gateway Authorize.net, used by than 220,000 merchants to process more than 1 billion payments per year worldwide. We use the Miva Merchant shopping cart system that has been certified by Authorize.Net according to their rigid performance and security standards. Authorize.net security standards can be verified by clicking their logo that appears in the lower left-hand corner of every page.

Is How much are shipping costs and how fast do you ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Do you charge sales tax?

7.75% sales tax is charged if you live in California. There is no sales tax if you live in any other state.

Can orders be shipped to a P.O. Box?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes, but only by US Mail. Express shipments can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes To ship to a PO Box, choose standard ground shipping when you place your order. Your package will be sent by Air Mail at no extra charge.

Can orders be shipped outside the United States?

Yes. for Canada, orders are shipping by Air Mail, and elsewhere outside the USA, orders are sent by Air Parcel Post.

What do I do if my order does not arrive within the expected time frame?

What is the "CVV2 credit card verification number?

With MasterCard and Visa, it is the last three digits printed on the signature panel on the back of your credit card. For American Express, it is the four digits printed (not embossed) above and to the right of your account number on the front of the card. The verification number is a security measure to help protect your credit card information.

Do you sell or rent my email address information to other companies?

Sequoia Records will not sell or rent your email address to anyone for any reason.

How long has Sequoia Records been in business?

Sequoia Records started in 1982. We have offices in Encinitas, California and Sebastopol, California. Our warehouse is in Ashland, Oregon.

What is your return policy? Do you have a guarantee?

Yes. We offer our Peace of Mind Lifetime Guarantee. If at any time you are not with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for an exchange or refund (not including shipping costs).

How do I return CDs for a refund or exchange?

Does Sequoia Records send an order confirmation by email?

Yes. We will send you an email with order confirmation within 24 hours. When your order includes MP3 album downloads, your email confirmation will include a direct link for retrieving the downloads.

How can I cancel or change an order?

Can I save items in my cart for purchasing in the future?

Your shopping cart is saved for 24 hours from the time you place any item in the cart and is accessible only from the same computer on which you added those items to the cart.

How and where can I purchase sheet music?

At this time, none of the music we offer is available on sheet music. We may offer this in the future. To stay updated about new products like this, join our monthly email newsletter.

Can I receive discount pricing for a large order for gift-giving or for business-gift incentive programs?

Selected Sequoia Records CDs are available in some Borders Books & Music, Barnes & Noble, independent record stores and in thousands of book and gift stores in the US and all over the world.
