RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
When you order from Sequoia Records, you are protected by our Peace of Mind Guarantee.
If you wish to return or exchange a product you have purchased from us, or if you need a replacement for a defective product, please email us for instructions. Include details of your request along with your name, address, telephone and email address. We will reply within one business day with information about how to return your items for refund, replacement or exchange.
If you need to return a defective item for replacement, we will pay for the shipping of the replacement item back to you.
